You will not find a more complete educational baseball service than B2B baseball.  Based out of Lancaster, PA, B2B baseball strives to educate and equip coaches, players, and parents with the skills and drills necessary to improve their baseball game.

What makes B2B unique and effective is the philosophy of its founder, Marc Shoenfelt.  Coach Shoenfelt combines his twelve years of elementary teaching experience with his vast baseball background to deliver the best baseball instruction found anywhere.  Coach lettered as a freshman and sophomore for division one University of Louisiana Monroe, then transferred to division two powerhouse Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.  As a shortstop, Marc helped lead the Mounties to consecutive state and regional championships, along with two 5th place finishes in the college world series.  Mansfield also won the national batting championship with a team .371 batting average in his senior year, and finished with a 44-10 record.  The Mounties were also ranked in the top 5 both years in the nation.

He has written a revolutionary book with a DVD companion entitled, "Baseball's Forgotten Basics" (www.baseballsforgottenbasics.com).  Marc also writes for the national magazine "Baseball Youth" in their Instructional Series (www.baseballyouth.com).  He is also the official educator for the magazine.  Marc also contributes monthly articles in the "7th Inning Stretch", Little League Canada's national newsletter.  He conducts the summer baseball camps for the 2006 Atlantic League Champion Lancaster Barnstormers.  Shoenfelt has appeared on Comcast Sportsnet Live with Michael Barkann, and interviewed on FOX Sports Radio.  He does color commentary on TV for Blue Ridge Cable 11 high school games and for the Atlantic League Lancaster Barnstormers.  He speaks internationally, training youth coaches on practice management techniques and how to work with young players.

Not only does he have the baseball resume, but Coach Shoenfelt is also currently an elementary teacher.  In 2000 coach won the  “Amerihost Teacher of the Year” award in the Shippensburg Area School District.  Interacting with kids every day in a teaching setting has allowed him to use that experience and skill and apply it to his baseball instruction.  “I love to teach…and I love baseball.  Combine those two things and I am doing something I love to do,” Coach Shoenfelt says.  “I love working with the coaches and kids and discussing baseball.  It is priceless to see a kid improve dramatically or see a coach giddy like a 10-year old again with new information.”

B2B is making an impact on coaches and youth, and will continue to be a leader in instruction.
